To transfer or export your references from MS Word to EndNote Online, you will need to use the Cite While You Write ™ Plug-In. Take a look at this video tutorial which steps you through how to install it.

Then open MS Word and click on the "EndNote" tab that appears. 

Click on the "Export to EndNote" menu and click "Export Word Citations".

This will export all the citations from this document to EndNote.
