Open your e-mail and click on the "More" link to access your junk mail.
The confirmation email for example email@example.com could be in your junk mail folder.
The email from the library could also be in your other inbox, you will need to see if you have the focused inbox turned on in outlook. More Info
You can add an exception to tell outlook that emails from firstname.lastname@example.org are to go into your inbox from now on. A lot of the time it's just a case of adding email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org as a contact.
