Instructions

Open your e-mail and click on the "More" link to access your junk mail. 

The confirmation email for example alerts@mail.libcal.com should be in your junk mail folder.

You can add an exception to tell outlook that emails from alerts@mail.libcal.com are to go into your inbox from now on. A lot of the time it's just a case of adding alerts@mail.libcal.com as a contact. Please see the link below for more information on how to make sure that the room booking emails go into your inbox in future

4/01/17 we are aware of an issue at the moment regarding the e-mail not sending with the reset link. If you are not getting this reset e-mail within 15 minutes and you have checked your junk and clutter folders and the e-mail is not there please e-mail us at library@itsligo.ie with your student number.
