Open your e-mail and click on the "More" link to access your junk mail.
The confirmation email for example email@example.com should be in your junk mail folder.
You can add an exception to tell outlook that emails from firstname.lastname@example.org are to go into your inbox from now on. A lot of the time it's just a case of adding email@example.com as a contact.
