Open your e-mail and click on the "More" link to access your junk mail. 

The confirmation email for example should be in your junk mail folder.

You can add an exception to tell outlook that emails from are to go into your inbox from now on. A lot of the time it's just a case of adding as a contact. Please see the link below for more information on how to make sure that the room booking emails go into your inbox in future

4/01/17 we are aware of an issue at the moment regarding the e-mail not sending with the reset link. If you are not getting this reset e-mail within 15 minutes and you have checked your junk and clutter folders and the e-mail is not there please e-mail us at with your student number.
